Some of the projects we have undertaken in the past are:
Predictive maintenance expert system
This is a 2 part system for tracking, monitoring and predicting machine's failures.
A. Tisar's software: Installed at Tisar's site. Imports the vibration measurement data from the collecting device software. The data is accumulated in a data base. Tisar's engineers can then set trash holds, add comments and drawings, process and analyze the data and view and refer to the measurement point history. Eventually a report is issued and sent to Tisar's client.
B. Tisar client's software: Installed at the various factories' engineering departments. Enable the client engineers to view and monitor the machine's status and Tisar's predictions, comments and warnings. The software alerts the engineer when a machine failure is about to occur.

Stock exchange expert system
Developed software systems that consist of the following:
A. Stock exchange daily data collection from the Tel-Aviv stock exchange
B. Proprietary special data base
C. Analysis of the shares trading data (volume, rate, differential data, etc…)
D. Automatic production of the daily, weekly and yearly magazine based on the accumulated trading data
About Pac-Med: Pacific Mediterranean Capital Markets supply its clients with stock exchange investments management and analyst services. It issues daily, weekly, and yearly magazines on the Israeli stock exchange performance.




Motion control system
Project description: DIS (the client) developed a lance inspection system for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory as part of the “Star Wars” project. The machine that was developed was capable of inspecting very big, flat and curved lances with micronic precision using a leaser beam.
Out part: We developed the software module that was in charge of the motion and laser control. We developed software that controlled and synchronized the various motors, sensors and laser with each other and with the rest of the machine (electronics, optical equipment, etc…).
About DIS: Disk Inspection Systems is a provider of micronic laser based surface inspection systems. Its clients are hard disks manufacturers, screens manufacturers, lance manufacturers, US government laboratories, flat panel manufacturers etc. The company was bought by Brown and Sharpe (NASDAQ BNS) and then bought again by Orbotech (NASAQ ORBK). ASR based IVR
Project description: As part of its future technology, Comverse developed the ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) engine. In order to test the engine and proof its feasibility, Comverse developed the ASR based IVR (Interactive Voice Respond) engine.
Our part: We developed parts of the IVR engine and the audio signal processing software. We also did the integration between the various parts of the system (hardware, ASR, IVR).

Flash Messages system
Project description: An internal messaging system that enables targeted delivery of messages to the company workers' desktop computers and/or to their cellular phones in the form of an SMS message. The system connected applications, users and devices under a unified messaging infrastructure. The primary contractor of this project was MultiConn Ltd. IBM Business partner that specialize in MQ Series delivery. (www.multiconn.com)
Our Part: We managed the team that developed the system and wrote the documentation for the usage and maintenance of the system.

Tones of Legislation - off the shelf product
"Tones of legislation" is an off-the-shelf product for lawyers and for the legal community. We developed the product for Multitext while preserving the engines and efforts invested in software development prior to our development. “Tones of Legislation” is the most advanced law tool enabling sophisticated processing of large amount of legislation material making it extremely easy to see the different layers of the law and the amendments made to it over the years. We designed a unique and powerful software architecture that enables rapid development and changes in the product while preserving a high reliability level. It also enables easier installation and maintenance. Thanks to our ready made software modules the product was developed in a very short time while maintaining a very high reliability and flexibility level.
